The club held its annual evaluation competition mid January. Lloyd volunteered to be the “brave” speaker whose speech was evaluated by all the competitors. The winner was Adrian who was awarded the new trophy for this contest – the Mike Thomas shield – in memory of club member Mike Thomas who passed away in January 2011.
